Description
An easier way to make the ever popular Sweet Corn Soup and this recipe is completely fat-free. Even kids can rustle up this recipe with a little supervision .... of course.
Ingredients
1 can cream style corn 4 cups Clear Vegetable Stock 2 tbsp cornflour mixed with 1/4 cup water 1/2 tsp Ajinomoto powder (optional) 1/2 tsp soy sauce salt to taste
Preparation Method
1. Boil the stock, add the cream style corn and mix well. Allow it to come to a boil. 2. Add the cornflour paste, Ajinomoto, soya sauce and salt and simmer for a few minutes. 3. Serve hot with the chillies in vinegar, chilli sauce and soya sauce.
